Return Process

  Log into your Daraz Order account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button next to the beauty product you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging and place it securely in a shipping box with the provided return authorization slip included inside.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
